Todd Gordner, President - CEO
Mr. Gordner co-found ProLogic, Inc. in 2003 and as of 2008 hold 100% shares. He brings over 20 years of work experience in the graphic arts and printing industry, focusing on areas of pre-press and printing technologies. Serving as Chief Executive Officer at ProLogic, Inc. he steers the company toward constant innovation in web-to-print technology. His leadership, commitment to R&D, and determination has enabled ProLogic, Inc. to outpace its peers and flourish while others have been unsuccessful. He attributes the advances in the PrintNow application to employees, customers, and people alike that share in the same vision.

Jolie C. Jerry, Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Jerry has over 20 years of increasing responsibility in governmental and non-profit work experience in accounting and auditing. Most recently, she has served as the Chief Financial Officer for The Children’s Trust, an organization with over $160 million budget. Prior to that, she served as Director of Finance and Accounting for the Monroe County School District and as Senior Auditor for the Auditor General, State of Florida. Ms. Jerry earned both a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of Central Florida.

John Hamilton, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Hamilton helped co-found ProLogic, Inc. in 2003. He has extensive experience as a software architect and has played an instrumental role on many large software teams. Some of his international software development projects include operations with Iceland, China, Thailand, and Japan. Mr. Hamilton has extensive qualifications including degrees and certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). He has extensive familiarity with all facets of a project's life, from the initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design, through the implementation, user training, product enhancement, and quality review.

Nathan L. Seldin, Sales/Marketing Manager
Mr. Seldin brings twelve years of software design and over five years of business to business marketing and sales experience to the team. Prior to ProLogic Inc., he worked for a top fortune 100 company, where he developed and implemented marketing and public relations programs that maintained credibility and created awareness within new markets. Mr. Seldin has consistently proven himself as a sales leader in every market with which he was involved. He holds two Degrees: BBA of Marketing from Western New England College and an AS of Software Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College.

Stewart T. Francis, Senior Web Programmer
Mr. Francis’ strong web development and internet security capabilities are derived from years of experience working for a fortune 100 company and over ten years of programming experience. He also brings almost a decade’s worth of business to business sales experience in the technology field. He currently specializes in creating and maintaining the extensive code base of ProLogic, Inc, and in only a short time, has allowed ProLogic, Inc. to grow and prosper well beyond previous capabilities. He is currently pursuing the role of Lead Developer.

Michael V. Jerry, Secretary
Mr. Jerry’s background includes Co-owner of a family owned corporation in northern New York State which was franchised to sell construction equipment and vehicles at four locations with multi-million dollar sales volume. He is also a previous Co-owner of a firm specializing in computers, custom software and peripheral equipment in the early 1980s. Mr. Jerry served on the Board of Directors of a Timesharing Association for fifteen years where he was Chairman of the Operations & Facilities Committee, Chairman of the Finance Committee, and Board President at various times. He is graduated from the University of Notre Dame and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
